2 Year Visit
At your toddler's 2 year visit we will discuss your child's growth and development.
Your child will also have their second routine lead and hemoglobin screening in office.

M-CHAT Questionnaire
(Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers)
As well as an ASQ questionnaire (Ages and Stages Questionnaire) to monitor the development of your child.
