After 3 years of age, your child will come in once a year for a routine well examination. At physical examinations between 3-5 years we will check your childs growth and development. Physicals between 3/4 years will prepare your child for daycare programs or Pre- K programs.

4/5 year physicals will prepare your child for Kindergarten. At your child's Kindergarten physical your child will be screened for vision and hearing. At this visit, your child will also receive immunizations. The immunizations that will be administered at this visit will be Kinrix and Proquad.
